What a monster of a game from St. Hilaire in the Renegades' season opener
. Career best #s in pts & reb. If this is what REN is getting, they won't miss the departed Davis & Crowell.

Runner-Up: Max Masucci (TOP) 31 pts, 18 reb, 2 stl
The Sam Lo Award for Hustlers

Eli St. Hilaire (REN) 22 reb, 4 blk

Hilaire will get the double-up for his monster effort on both sides of the ball. It wasn't a pretty game overall, but Hilaire really came through.

Runner-Up: Max Masucci (TOP) 18 reb, 2 stl
Wat Misaka Defensive Player of the Week

Ja. Bartlett (FBN) 4 reb, 1 stl, 7 blk

Veteran wing Bartlett is one of the best help defenders in Premier. His length / timing make him a deft shot blocker as the numbers will tell you.

Runner-Up: Ace Pidoriano (SEA) 9 reb, 2 stl, 3 blk
The High-5 Club

James Bartlett (FBN) 3-4-3-1-7
Kieran Brennan (TOP) 2-9-5-1-3
Seth Dyer (AXA) 9-5-1-2-2

Spot Dessert Bar™ Rookie of the Week

Max Masucci (TOP) 31 pts, 18 reb

Masucci started to make some waves in D-I, but his season was cut short. In his Premier Division debut--in his first full season--he's fitting right in.

Runner-Up: Will Stetzner (SPR) 13 pts, 4 reb, 6 ast
The "John Starks" Award

P. Carras (MON) | 2-15 FGs (.133)

Last season was one of Carras' best as he regularly found ways to make tough FGs in traffic. This isn't a great start to a follow-up campaign.

Dishonorable Mention: Jon Radke (MON) 5-18 FGs
The "Chris Dudley" Award

S. Deadwyler (AXA) | 3-7 FTs (.429)

Collectively, Team AXA missed 9 FTs, which also happens to be the margin of their loss. They're better shooters than this, but this was an ugly one.

Dishonorable Mention: K. Merrick (AXA) 2-6 FTs

2K14 SPR Most Valuable Player AwardsFBNYC, 6.26.14

2K14 SPR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER

F | Youssef Hulse (FBN)
Ht: 6-3 | Wt: 225 lbs
Player Profile
8th Season

Season Highlights
24.7 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.3 apg, 3 spg

Not only did the Hulse put up career numbers, he carried FBN when they needed him most. He was usually the best player on the floor, and he took FBN all the way to the title, this is his 2nd MVP.

Runner-Up: Will Johnson (BBR)

2K14 SPR Wat Misaka Award

G | Chaz Thomas (PRS)
Ht: 6-2 | Wt: 195 lbs
Player Profile
Rookie

Season Highlights
9.5 rpg, 4.7 spg, 2.7 bpg

No basketball was safe with the athletic Thomas lurking around. You get careless with it, and he was taking off the other way to get layups.

Runner-Up: Will Haile (FBN)
2K14 SPR Most Outstanding Rookie

G | Chaz Thomas
Ht: 6-2 | Wt: 195 lbs

Player Profile
Rookie

Season Highlights
18.5 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 4.7 spg, 2.7 bpg

The rookie was a force of nature. On both sides of the ball. Nobody had the ability to turn it on and dominate on either end like Thomas.

Runner-Up: Brett Marfurt (MON)
2K14 SPR Sam Lo Award

G/F | Will Haile (REN)
Ht: 6-0 | Wt: 175 lbs
Player Profile
10th Season

Season Highlights
20.6 ppg, 11.1 rpg, 3.6 spg, 1.4 bpg

Another Sam Lo for Haile (his 4th). It's uncanny the numbers he puts up with his 6-0 frame. We may have to rename this award in his honor.

Runner-Up: Jack Delighter (BOO)
2K14 SPR Sixth Man Award

G | Mike Salerno (BBR)
Ht: 6-0 | Wt: 195 lbs
Player Profile
Rookie

Season Highlights
5.6 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 6.1 apg, 2.4 spg

This was the roster addition that BBR needed, a past-first PG that puts in work on both sides of the ball. He was a game-changer for Reasons.

Runner-Up: Alex Goldfarb (PRS)
